Signaling the first private foreign direct investment in Sri Lanka’s hospital sector, Apollo Hospital Colombo is a landmark facility spread over 7 acres. The hospital is equipped with 350-beds and 5 Operating Theaters within its 11 storied, 31,300 sqm space. Setting the benchmark in Sri Lankan healthcare industry, the hospital contains state-of-the-art cardiac, neurological and orthopedic care facilities, 4 Dedicated Intensive Care Units (ICU) and emergency service care facilities including a helipad.

The project was completed in 2002, and won Maga the prestigious International Federation of Western Pacific Contractors Association’s (IFAWPCA) Gold Medal for construction excellence.
