Kalutara–Ambalangonda Road

The project comprised the rehabilitation of this key section of the Colombo Galle road, widely considered the busiest coastal road of the country, under the World Bank Funded Tsunami Emergency Recovery Program (TERP) Phase II.

The project was a Joint Venture with China Dalian Economic and Technical Cooperative Group. The road was completed in June 2007 for a value of Rs 970 million.
