Renovations and improvements to Cinnamon Grand (previously Colombo Plaza and Lanka Oberoi) included structural modifications, architectural finishes and M & E works. The whole works were carried out within a short timeline of 10 months whilst the new wing of the hotel was still in operation, and without disruption to its existing services.
