The project comprised the construction of an 8-storey office building with a floor space of 81,776sqft including architectural works. Designed by State Engineering Corporation, the project was completed in July 2003 at a value of LKR 206 million rupees. Maga Engineering won the ICTAD National Construction Merit Award for this project in year 2003.
