An initiative of the Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka, this 15 storey housing complex situated in Apple Watta consists of the Low Income Category Housing for 480 families.

The total floor area of the building is 387,000 sqft. The project kicked off in June 2014 and is expected to be completed in December 2016.
