Located in the heritage row of Fort, Colombo the refurbishment of this historical building was carried out by a highly skilled workforce of Maga Engineering. A total of 65,000sqft floor area was refurbished including some structural retrofitting, partition, ceiling, flooring and building services related works. Care was taken to preserve the historical architecture of the building during construction.

The project was completed and handed over in February 2015.
