The construction of this 99-m long post-tensioned bridge involved the casting of post-tensioned beams (3 I-girders each 32.8m long) and the construction of the abutments, retaining walls and piers.

Kumagai Gumi Co. Ltd of Japan was the Main Contractor for the project, and the bridge was designed by Oriental Consultants of Japan.
